Formulaops Private Limited

We are based in the Fresh Living Apartment building right in Madhapur, specifically up on the 6th floor in Flat 604. If you spend any time in Hyderabad, you know that Madhapur is always moving, but once you get up to our floor, things quiet down a little bit. We are a pretty small team here at Formulaops Private Limited, and our office space reflects that. It is not one of those fancy glass buildings with a million people in it. Instead, it is a more relaxed space where we have our computers set up and a small kitchen area for making tea or coffee when the afternoon slump hits. We spend a lot of our day dealing with operations and the technical side of things, often just working through tasks or code until the sun starts to go down. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we have learned to time our breaks around that. Sometimes we just order something in and eat together while talking about things that have nothing to do with work. It is a very human way of doing things, and we do not really see the need for a big corporate manual or fancy rules. We have all been in this industry for a while and just wanted a place where we could do our work without a lot of fuss. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the air conditioning is always running, and we just keep at it until the day is done. It is a simple, honest setup for us.
