We deal with food products, which means there is always a lot of activity going on. We have boxes coming in and crates going out at all hours. It gets noisy sometimes, but that’s the job. We started this place because we had some ideas about how to handle food processing and distribution without all the extra fluff. It wasn't easy getting everything set up at the start. We had to figure out the logistics and find machines that didn't break every five minutes. Now, it’s just part of our daily routine. We arrive early, check the clipboards, and get to work. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just try to be consistent and show up every day. Sometimes we get a bit behind when the weather is bad or if a truck gets stuck in traffic. That’s just life in a workshop. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. Our space is functional and maybe a bit cluttered at times, but we know where every single item is kept. The people working here have been around for years. We trust each other and just get the job done. It’s a straightforward business and we plan to keep it that way.
