Food Processing

Our unit is in the Sai Sadhan Complex, right by the L.B. Nagar X Roads. If you know that intersection, you know how hectic it can get. There’s always noise from the traffic. We handle food processing here. It’s a lot of cleaning, cutting, and packing. We have to be careful with the machines. They can be tricky. The space in Sai Sadhan is okay, but we are starting to outgrow it. We have bags of raw materials stacked up in the corners. It’s a busy place. We have a small crew of people from the neighborhood. Most of them have been here since we opened. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably walk straight into where the work is happening. It’s a bit messy at times, but we keep the food areas clean. That’s the most important part. L.B. Nagar is a good location for getting things in and out quickly. We see a lot of delivery trucks coming and going. Sometimes the elevator in the complex breaks down and we have to carry things up the stairs. That’s never fun. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready for the next day. It’s not a glamorous job, but people need to eat. We aren't some giant factory with millions of workers, just a small operation doing its best to stay on schedule every single day.
