Floritech Consultant & Developers is located in the Express Apartments, specifically in room 205. The address is 11-4-651A in the Lakdi Ka Pool and Khairatabad area. Being in an apartment complex makes the work environment feel a bit different than a standard commercial building. It’s a bit more personal, I think. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the other people who work in the building. Our office 205 is where all the planning happens. It’s not a very large space, so things can get a bit tight when we have everyone in at the same time. The windows look out over the street, so there’s always a view of the Hyderabad traffic. It can be noisy, but it’s also quite lively. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Mostly, there are just calendars and some technical notes pinned up. We keep a small stove for making tea because it’s better than the stuff from outside. The furniture is practical and has been around for a few years. It’s got some scratches, but it still works fine. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through documents. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We're just a group of people working in a flat in Lakdi Ka Pool. It’s a decent place to be if you like staying busy.
