Flora Ferticare is based over in Hyderabad, specifically in the KPHB area, Phase III. We are at 28/2 Mig, which is a pretty well-known spot if you live around here. We’ve been working in the fertilizer and plant care business for a while. It’s a lot of manual work and checking bags, but we don’t mind getting our hands a bit dirty. The Hyderabad sun can be pretty intense, so we do most of our heavy moving early or late in the day. We aren't one of those massive companies with a glass building. We’re just a practical team trying to help people get their crops or gardens growing better. Our office is a bit crowded with paperwork and samples, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do the whole marketing thing with slogans and all that. We just talk to the people who buy from us and see what they need. It’s more about the relationship than anything else. Most of us have been here since the start. We’ve seen the KPHB area grow up around us. Even with all the new shops, we just keep doing our thing the way we always have. It’s steady work and it keeps the lights on. We take care of each order one at a time because that is the only way to make sure nothing gets missed.
