Firstsilica Technologies Private Limited

Firstsilica Technologies Private Limited is our name and we are based in Sangeeth Nagar. That is over in the Kukatpally area. Our house number is 5-7-20/1. Kukatpally is a huge place, but our little corner in Sangeeth Nagar is a bit more tucked away from the main chaos. It feels like a normal neighborhood where people live their lives. Our office is just a regular building like the ones next to it. We don't have a massive sign or any fancy decorations outside. It is just a place to come and work. Inside, it is mostly just us at our desks. We spend a lot of time talking through things and trying to solve technical problems that come up. It is not always easy and sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, but we just keep at it. The street outside is usually quiet during the day when most people are out. We like that because it helps us focus. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a decent job and stay out of trouble. There is always a lot of tea drinking and someone usually brings in snacks from the local bakery. It is a very normal, human environment without any of that corporate pressure. We just wear our regular clothes and work.
