You don't have to fight through as much traffic to get here. Most of us just walk or take a quick ride. The office is basically a house that we have set up with desks and computers. There isn't a receptionist or a big lobby area. You just come to the gate and walk in. It is a quiet place for the most part, though you can hear the neighbors or the occasional delivery bike going past. We spend our days mostly working on tech stuff and drinking a lot of tea. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look.
