Jsp Engineering Works

Our shop, Jsp Engineering Works, is located at S No 4 116 in Madhavi Nagar. It’s more of a residential-meets-commercial area, so it’s a bit different from the big industrial zones. We have a modest setup here. It’s basically a shuttered unit where we do our machining and fabrication. When the shutters are up, you can see all our tools and the workbenches we use every day. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. People just come to the front and talk to whoever is nearest. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the afternoon, and we sweep up before heading home. It’s the kind of place where the neighbors know us by name. We deal with all sorts of mechanical tasks that people bring in. It gets pretty loud when we are grinding or cutting, but nobody seems to mind too much. We work mostly during the daylight hours and try to keep things moving so we don't get a backlog. It’s a simple way of living. We don't use a lot of fancy tech for managing the shop; we mostly just write things down in a ledger and keep our tools sharp. It’s been our home for a while now, and we’re used to the way things work in this part of town.
