Fact Personnel

Our office is located in Ammerpet, Hyderabad. You can find us at Flat No 105 in Gayatri Garden. It is right near the Dibyasakty Apartment on Dharam Karam Road. This part of the city is always moving, so there is plenty of noise and activity outside our windows. Bivudendu Samal is usually around, managing the daily tasks. We are not a large corporation with a glass building and a fountain in the lobby. We just have a regular office inside a residential complex. It makes things feel a bit more relaxed. We handle hiring and personnel matters for various companies. Some days are very quiet, and we just sit and go through old files. Other days, the phone does not stop ringing and we have people coming in for interviews all morning. The elevator in this building is a bit old and sometimes it stops between floors, so we mostly take the stairs to the first floor. It is good exercise anyway. Our desks are often covered in papers and sticky notes because that is just how we work. We do not have a fancy reception area. If someone comes in, they just pull up a chair by one of our desks. We have been here for a long time and we know the tea seller downstairs quite well. It is a simple life and we just focus on getting people into jobs that suit them. We like being part of the local Ammerpet scene.
