Our office is located in Jubilee Hills, specifically in the MLA and MP Colony. We are at Plot No 18 on Road No 10C. It’s a fairly quiet area, which is nice because the rest of Hyderabad can be so loud. We’ve been working as developers from this spot for a long time. Our daily life is mostly about the grind of property development. There is a lot of paperwork, a lot of meetings, and a lot of checking on sites. We don't go in for fancy talk or corporate slogans. We are just regular people who know how to develop land and get things built. It’s a very practical business. We don't have a big team of sales people. Usually, when someone calls, they talk directly to one of us who is actually working on the project. We like keeping it that way because it prevents things from getting lost in translation. Some days the work is slow and other days it’s a total rush, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and do it right. Our office is a simple space where we can focus on the plans. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually here during the week, just getting through the pile of things on our desks.
