Exe Franchise Development

Our setup is a bit different since we are operating out of 36E Vysya Hostel in Kachiguda. My name is C Santhosh Kumar, and I’ve been running Exe Franchise Development from here. Kachiguda is a very busy part of Hyderabad, especially with the station nearby. Working from a hostel environment means things are always active. It’s not your typical corporate office with a receptionist and a coffee machine. It is more about finding a corner and getting the work done. We look into franchise opportunities and how to help people set things up. It sounds complicated, but it is mostly about looking at numbers and talking to potential owners. I spend a lot of time on my laptop or meeting people at local tea stalls to discuss plans. It’s a very hands-on way of working. There isn't any fancy branding here. I just use what I have and keep things moving. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a week. People come and go all the time in this area. It’s an interesting place to be based because you meet so many different folks. I don't follow a strict corporate schedule. I work when there is work to be done. It’s just me and a few others trying to build something meaningful. We don't have big ads or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth.
