Evergreen Developers

Our office for Evergreen Developers is located at 5/8/21 on Abid Road in Yakutpura. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot going on all the time. We have been working out of this spot for a good while, focusing on local development projects. The space we work in is pretty simple, mostly filled with blueprints, old files, and a few desks that have seen better days. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks because we are usually out at a site or meeting someone about a project. Yakutpura has its own rhythm and we have learned to work with it. Dealing with construction and development means there is always something going wrong or needing a quick fix. It is not a glamorous job, mostly just making sure the walls go up straight and the permits are in order. We know the local shopkeepers and the families who have lived here for generations. Sometimes the rain slows things down or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. We are not a big fancy firm from the city center, just local people trying to build things that last. You can usually find one of us here from morning until late evening. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes we get pretty dusty, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep moving from one project to the next as the years go by.
