Evanik Towers and Resorts is located on the second floor of a building on Road No. 10C in Jubilee Hills. It's a busy part of the Shaikpet area. We mostly deal with bigger projects like towers and places where people go on holiday. It sounds more glamorous than it actually is, because most of our time is spent looking at land records and talking to contractors. Being in Jubilee Hills means we are right in the thick of the development happening in Hyderabad. We started this because we saw a lot of potential in the way the city was growing. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual sites where the towers are going up. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day, and other times we are stuck behind a desk. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task in front of us. Our office at 8-2-293/82/A/281-L isn't too hard to find if you know the neighborhood. We’ve got a small team and we’ve all been in this business for a while now. We don't have a grand philosophy or anything, we just want to build things that stay standing and look decent. It's a lot of work, but we like seeing a project go from a patch of dirt to a finished building. We just take it one project at a time and see where the work takes us next.
