We are over at 22 Journalists Colony A in Hyderabad. The address on the paperwork says Uttar Pradesh, which is a bit of a weird error that we just live with, but we are definitely here in the 500033 area code. Journalists Colony is a well-known spot, and it’s generally a decent place to work from. Our office is part of the Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc group, but don't let the big name fool you. Inside, it’s just a normal office with desks, chairs, and a lot of people staring at screens. We handle a lot of information and data, so it can be pretty quiet most of the time, except for the tapping of keyboards. We have a small area for breaks where the water cooler is the main gathering spot. The building is sturdy and does its job of keeping the rain out. We aren't really the type to have big celebrations or fancy events; we just come in, do the research or the writing that’s required, and then head home. The area around the colony has some good food spots, so we often go out for a quick bite during the afternoon. It’s a professional environment but in a very low-key, practical way. We don't have any shiny plaques on the wall or anything like that. It’s just a place where people who know their stuff sit down and get to work every day.
