Eta Melco Engg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. is based over at Plot No 5-4-94-97, right in the G-04 unit on M G Road in Ranigunj. It’s a busy part of town, always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The space isn’t huge, but we’ve figured out how to make every square inch count. We’ve got our equipment set up in the back and a small area in the front where we handle the billing and talk to folks. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we just pile it up and work around it. The staff here is small. We’ve all known each other for years, so we don’t need to say much to get the job done. We just know what needs to happen. M G Road is always packed with people and cars, so it’s never quiet. You get used to the background noise after a while. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who have been coming to us for years. They know where we are and they know we’ll get the job done without any fuss. It’s a practical way to run a business. We show up, we do the engineering work, and we go home. That is about all there is to it.
