We’ve been running Estheticin Developers for a while now from our office at 789, Bantia House. If you know Kukatpally well, you probably know the spot right across from Bigbazaar in Balaji Nagar. It’s always busy around here with people shopping and traffic moving along. We handle a lot of the local building work and development stuff in this part of town. It’s mostly just us and a small team making sure things get built properly and on time. People come in to talk about plots or new flats they’re thinking about buying. The office isn't anything fancy or high-end, just a place to get the daily work done. We spend a lot of time out at construction sites too, not just sitting behind a desk all day. Balaji Nagar has changed a lot lately, and we’ve seen it happen from this very window over the years. Sometimes the noise outside gets a bit loud, especially with everyone going to the shops, but it keeps things interesting for us. We like being in the middle of all that activity. If you're walking past Bigbazaar, you can usually see our sign. We usually have someone here during the day to answer questions about the projects we’re currently handling. It's a straightforward operation. We don't really do the big flashy ads you see elsewhere. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us. That’s how things usually go here. We just focus on the bricks and mortar.
