Estd Techventures Private Limited is located at Fl No-402, in the building numbered 1-112/1/Ksnr/402. We are over in Shilpa Park, which sits in the Serilingampally area near Kondapur and Madhapur. This part of Hyderabad is basically the center of everything tech-related, so there is a lot of energy around us. Shilpa Park is a bit more residential than the main Hi-Tech City stretches, which gives us a slightly quieter environment to work in. Our office is a fourth-floor unit. It gets a fair amount of light during the day, which helps keep the mood up. Being so close to Kondapur means we have endless options for lunch, though the traffic on the main roads can be a nightmare if you leave at the wrong time. We have been in this space for a while and have made it our own with basic furniture and some whiteboards for brainstorming. It is not a fancy showroom; it is just where the actual work happens. People in the building are friendly enough, mostly other small offices or families. We do not really have a big sign outside or a lobby. You just come up to the fourth floor and find us there. It is a very straightforward, no-nonsense place to run a business. We like the mix of being in a tech hub while staying in a regular apartment building without any fuss.
