We operate Essraams Solutions Private Limited from Flat No-701 in the Sapphire Block of My Home Madinaguda. If you are familiar with Hyderabad, you know the My Home complexes are everywhere, and Madinaguda is a really active part of the city. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are just looking at the other blocks or the traffic down on the main road. The flat has been converted into our workspace, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We like it that way because it is comfortable and less stressful. The Sapphire Block is usually pretty busy with residents coming and going, so there is a constant hum of activity. We have to follow the society rules, which can be a bit strict sometimes, but it keeps the place decent. Most of the people working here enjoy the convenience of the location since there are plenty of places to eat or shop just outside the gates. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do good work from our little corner in Madinaguda. It is a simple setup with desks pushed against the walls and plenty of cables running everywhere. We keep things pretty informal and just focus on getting through our daily task list together as a group.
