Our office is set up at H No Vi M406 in Sailasri Vihar. It’s a residential part of Orissa, which makes for a different kind of workplace environment compared to the industrial sites we are often associated with. Even though we are part of a larger group, this specific location feels very local. We deal with the administrative side of mining operations here. It’s a lot of coordination, phone calls, and keeping track of records. The area of Sailasri Vihar is generally peaceful, which helps when we have to focus on complicated logistics. The weather here can be quite humid, so we're used to that. We don't have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s a practical office where the main goal is to keep things moving. We have people coming in and out throughout the week, mostly staff and local contractors. Mining is a tough industry with a lot of moving parts, so having a quiet place to organize everything is important. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just do our bit to make sure the work on the ground can happen without too many delays. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and move on. Being in this part of Orissa, we feel connected to the land we work on.
