The office is located at Vikash Jain L 37 in the Mittal Chambers on MG Road in Secunderabad. It’s a very central spot, so there is always something happening right outside the window. MG Road is famous for being packed with cars and shoppers, so the sound of horns is basically our background music. Mittal Chambers is an older building with a lot of character. We are on one of the floors where several other businesses operate, so you see a lot of people in the hallways. Our space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of extension cords for all the gear. We try to keep things organized, but during the busier months, the paper piles seem to grow on their own. We usually start the day by going through emails and then settling into the deep work. The air conditioning is a lifesaver during the summer months here. Sometimes the lift takes a while, so we just wait and chat with the other people in the building. It’s a professional environment but without any of that stiff, corporate feeling. We just wear regular clothes and get the work done. There are some good places nearby to grab a quick meal, which helps when we have to stay a bit later. It’s a practical location for us, and we’ve made the space our own over the years with some personal touches on our desks.
