Our company, Equitech Software Solutions Privatelimited, is based at H.No 11-4-3 in Sri Venkateshwara Colony. We are on Road No 6. It’s a typical Hyderabad neighborhood where things are always a bit busy. Our office is just a regular building where we have set up our software business. We spend the majority of our time building programs and making sure things run like they are supposed to. It is not always easy and there are plenty of days where we feel stuck on a problem for hours. We don't have a fancy office with a gym or anything like that. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of power strips. We keep things pretty simple around here. We don't have a lot of hierarchy; we all just pitch in where it is needed. Sometimes the traffic on Road No 6 makes it hard to hear, but we get used to it. We aren't into making big promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs to be done and try to finish it by the deadline. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we know our way around a computer. It is just a straightforward job for us. We don't spend much on advertising because we prefer to let our work speak for itself. We are just a group of local people working in software in Telangana.
