Engg Company-Software Industry

We are set up in Flat 303 of Rayalakshmi Towers. It is located in Saradanagar, specifically in the Nallakunta area. Being in a residential tower means it is a bit different from a standard office block. We are known as Engg Company-Software Industry, which is a bit of a mouthful, but it describes what we do. The apartment has been converted into a workspace where we spend most of our hours. It is nice having a balcony, even if we mostly use it just to step out for a minute and see the traffic below. The elevator in Rayalakshmi Towers is usually working, which is a relief since we are up on the third floor. We have a few rooms filled with computers and some whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles. It is a casual environment. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Someone usually brings in snacks to share in the afternoon. It feels more like a small group of people solving problems together than a big company. The neighbors in the other flats are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It is a decent spot to work from, and it’s easy for most of us to get to. We just focus on the software side of things and try to keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it.
