Endpoint It Global Private Limited is located over in Miyapur. Our office is actually Flat No 101 in the Avanthikas Swarnamukhi building, which is part of the Mathrusri Nagar area. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which actually suits us pretty well. It feels less like a cold office and more like a place where you can actually focus. We’ve got our computers set up in the main rooms, and the kitchen area is where we usually end up talking about things that aren't work-related during our breaks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads in Hyderabad, though you still hear the occasional honking or street noise. We’re a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business, and we don't have a bunch of departments or managers running around. If something needs doing, one of us just grabs it and gets to work. We spend a lot of time on IT stuff, obviously. Some days are slower than others, and sometimes we’re staying late to finish something up, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't have a big fancy sign out front or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just an apartment turned into an office where we do our thing every day. It’s simple, it’s homey, and it works for what we need to do right now.
