Empowerhr

Our office for Empowerhr is located at Dno M 6 in Kothagudem. We are right near the Rythu Bazar, so it’s always lively around here, especially in the early mornings when the market is in full swing. You can hear the vendors calling out their prices and see the crowds from our front window. It’s a busy part of the Khammam district. We work on HR stuff, helping out with jobs and staff things for local companies. It’s a small office, nothing fancy at all. We have a couple of ceiling fans and some old wooden desks that get the job done. It gets a bit dusty because of the road and the market nearby, so we’re always wiping things down before we start our work. We know the people around here, and they know us. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology; we mostly rely on our phones and a few computers that have been around for a while. It’s a practical setup for a place like Kothagudem. We don’t have a big HR strategy or anything; we just take things one day at a time as they come. If someone needs help with a job or some paperwork, we see what we can do to help them out. It’s simple, honest work in a very busy part of town. We are just regular people helping other regular people find their way in the workforce.
