Our facility is located at D-25 in Phase-V of the Jeedimetla industrial area. It’s part of the Qutubullapur side of Hyderabad. Being in the food business means we have to keep things a certain way. We spend a lot of our time cleaning and checking the equipment. It’s a big building, but every corner is filled with something. We have the raw materials coming in at the back and the finished stuff going out the front. It’s a constant cycle every day. The smells around here are different from the other industrial units because we’re handling food products. Sometimes it smells like spices, sometimes just like a commercial kitchen. The workers arrive early to get the lines started. We don’t really have a corporate vibe here. It’s more about the practical side of making sure the batches are right. The office is just a small room with some files and a few chairs. Most of the real work happens out on the floor. In the afternoons, the sun hits the roof and it gets warm inside, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We’ve been here in Phase-V for a few years now. It’s a busy spot with trucks always waiting to load up. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep everything moving without any big hiccups. It’s a lot of repetitive work but it keeps the business going and the people employed. We just do our best to stay organized.
