We are located in Malakpet, specifically at House Number 16 2 740 C 16 in the Asmangadh area. It’s right near the TV Tower, so most people in this part of Hyderabad know exactly where that is. We run Emmayhr from here. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a busy little office, and sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. Instead of a big mission statement, we just have a lot of post-it notes on the walls. We just try to help people find jobs and help companies find workers. It’s pretty simple when you think about it. The office is just a regular room with some computers and chairs. A lot of people walk in asking for advice or wanting to drop off their details. Since we are in the 500 036 area, we see a lot of local talent. We aren't a giant agency with thousands of employees. It’s just a few of us doing the legwork. We like the neighborhood, even if the traffic near the TV Tower gets a bit messy during rush hour. We just do our best to match people up with the right roles. It’s satisfying work when it goes right. We don't use much fancy talk, we just tell it like it is. It can be tiring, but seeing someone get a good job makes it worth the effort. We usually keep some biscuits on the desk for whoever stops by.
