EMESPER CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We set up EMESPER CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED right over by Wipro Circle, specifically at B-2704 in the Golf Edge building. It’s a busy part of the area with all the IT offices around, but we’re more on the construction side of things. Being near the circle means we see a lot of the growth happening firsthand every day. Our office isn't overly complicated. It’s a place to keep the plans and meet with the guys before they head out to the sites. We handle a variety of projects, mostly just trying to keep everything moving on schedule. Sometimes the rain slows us down or a delivery is late, which is just part of the job in this industry. We aren't big on corporate talk or anything like that. We just show up, look at the blueprints, and get the work done. It’s a small team here. Most of the time, the office is quiet because everyone is out checking on progress or talking to suppliers. Having the office at Golf Edge is handy because it's easy to find. We’ve been focusing on doing our work right without making a big fuss about it. Construction is messy and loud, but we like it. We take care of the details so the buildings actually get finished. It's a lot of manual work and coordination. We just do our bit in the local area and try to stay productive.
