Emergent India is run out of Flat No 204 in the Arca Residency. We are located in Ayodhya Nagar Colony, right opposite Asrao Nagar in Secunderabad. It’s basically an apartment that we turned into an office space because it was easier than renting a big commercial building. We have a few desks set up in the main room and some storage in the back. It’s a quiet residential area, so we don’t get much noise except for the occasional delivery scooter. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors don't seem to mind us much. Mostly we spend our time on computers or in meetings in the small dining area we converted. It’s not very formal. We often work in our shirtsleeves and keep the windows open when the weather is decent. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the second floor. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we don't have to deal with much red tape. We just get our work done and keep things simple. If you’re looking for us, just buzz the intercom for 204. It’s a bit plain inside, but it’s got everything we need to keep the business going. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing our thing and staying busy.
