We are located in the penthouse of Chandra Reddy Towers, which is Plot 446 in Ayyappa Society. Being up in the penthouse at Madhapur gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we just see other buildings and the traffic down below. Ayyappa Society is always packed with bikes and cars, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle for the team. We are Emarathonsoft Solutions Private Limited, and this is our home base. It’s not a huge team, just a few of us who have been working together for a while now. We take the stairs sometimes when the lift is busy, which happens more often than you’d think in this building. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a few cupboards for files, and a small area where we eat our lunch or have a quick tea break. It isn't a corporate showroom. It’s a place where we actually work. You might see some dust on the shelves or a stack of papers that hasn't been moved in a week. We like the vibe of Madhapur because everything is close by, but we prefer staying up here away from the noise of the main road. It’s an honest workspace. We don't have a receptionist to greet you, so if you come by, one of us will just look up from our screen and say hello. It’s just how we do things here every day.
