Elite Group

We are based out of Kondapur at 48/2/65 on Jai Street. It is a part of town that has been growing really fast lately, and we have been right here while many of the new apartments went up. Elite Group is just a small group of us who work on property development and local building projects. Our office is a little bit tucked away on a side street, which is nice because it is a lot quieter than the main roads nearby. We spend most of our time looking at land, dealing with contractors, and trying to keep our projects on track. There is nothing very mysterious about what we do. It is mostly about showing up every day and dealing with whatever problems come up, whether it is a delay in materials or a sudden rainstorm that stops work. We do not have any big corporate mission statements or anything like that. We just want to get our work done and make sure the buildings we are involved with are solid. Most of the staff here have known each other for a long time, so it feels more like working with friends than anything else. The office is often a bit messy with stacks of folders and site maps all over the place, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to keep things moving.
