ELEGANS DEVELOPERS LLP

Our office is over in Villa No. 178 at Indu Fortune Fields, which is part of the 13th Phase in KPHB Colony. Being in a villa means it feels more like a home than a typical office building. We spend most of our time here at Elegans Developers Llp looking over site plans and checking on our project progress. The neighborhood is generally nice and quiet, with plenty of trees around, though the gate security can be a bit strict about visitors sometimes. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too high and the heat becomes an issue. There is always a stack of files on the main dining table and a couple of laptops running. It isn’t about being flashy; we just need a decent, comfortable place to coordinate our development work. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavily, but we just work around it. We have a small team, so it is usually just a few of us sitting around discussing where the next project is headed. Lunch is often something quick from a nearby place or someone brings a dabba from home to share. KPHB has grown so much lately, and seeing all the new buildings around us is always interesting. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with suits and long, pointless meetings. It is more about getting the small details right and making sure construction schedules are being met on time. It is a busy life but we enjoy it.
