Manikonda is a place that never seems to stop growing, and we’re right in the middle of it at KPR Colony. Our office for Ekamai Solutions Private Limited is Flat 404 in the Sunshine Tansy Apartments. Being on the 4th floor means we have a bit of a view of the surrounding construction and the new buildings coming up every month. The elevator works most of the time, which is a relief. We’ve got a pretty standard office setup inside—desks, chairs, and far too many charging cables. We handle various tech solutions for our clients, and it keeps us fairly busy from morning till night. The colony is quite lively, with a lot of people around and small shops where we grab snacks. It’s a bit of a climb if the power goes out, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big sign outside or anything, just our door on the fourth floor. The atmosphere inside is relaxed but focused. We aren't big on formal meetings; we usually just talk across the room. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and it’s become our second home. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a task, and the walk back to the parking area is the only time we see the quiet side of Manikonda. It’s just how we operate—no frills, just steady work in a busy part of town every single day.
