Ecosys Construct Design & Build Private Limited

Ecosys Construct Design & Build Private Limited is run out of a shop built on Plot No 20 in Limra Colony. It is a humble setup, but it works for us. We decided to combine design and construction because it just made sense for the way we work. The office is basically one main room where all the activity happens. It is mostly just us drinking coffee and looking at site plans. We do not have a big sign or anything very flashy outside. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past in the colony. We have got a lot of materials lying around. It is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We focus on getting the design right before we even pick up a shovel. It is a small operation. We do not have layers of management. You talk to the people who are actually going to do the work. That is how we like it. It saves a lot of time. We have been doing this for a bit now and we have a rhythm. Some days the phone does not stop ringing and other days we are out on site all day. It is a bit unpredictable, but that is construction for you. We just try to stay honest and do a decent job for whoever hires us.
