EBL CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation located at P NO. 36P, Block 1, in the Shiva Sai Enclave area of Kapra. Since it's an OPC, it means it is a one-person company, but we have a small, dedicated crew that helps out with the actual building. Kapra is our home base, and we’ve been working around Shiva Sai Enclave for a while. Construction is a tough business, and we don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s hard work, involves a lot of sweat, and sometimes things don't go exactly to plan. But we show up every day and try to get the job done. We aren't a big corporation with a marketing team. We just do local building work for people who need it. Being in Block 1 gives us a good spot to see what's happening in the neighborhood. We focus on small to mid-sized projects mostly. We don't have a fancy office; we'd rather be out at the site making sure the materials are delivered on time. The Telangana heat can be a lot, but the work has to happen regardless. We aren't here to promise the world, just to build something sturdy and move on to the next one. That’s the way we’ve always operated. If you are around Kapra, you’ll probably find us working somewhere near the enclave.
