You can find Eazylink Academy Private Limited over in Kondapur, specifically at Flat 402 in the Sri Siri Eeshatvam building. It’s located on Plot No 69 in Jubilee Gardens, which is a pretty nice area if you can handle the Hyderabad traffic. We’ve been set up here on the fourth floor for a while now. It’s a decent space, enough for our desks and the people who come by to talk about their education goals. We focus on helping students figure out their next steps, usually involving links to different courses or schools. It’s mostly computer work and phone calls, but we try to keep it personal. It’s not like those big call centers you see everywhere. When you call us, you’re usually talking to one of the three or four people actually sitting in the room. The building is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we're trying to concentrate on student files. We aren't flashy people. We don't have a giant lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the fourth floor and knock. Sometimes we're all on the phone at once and it gets a bit noisy, but we manage. Being in Kondapur is convenient for most people since it's such a hub now. We just try to provide honest help without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a straightforward job and we like the people we meet through it.
