E-Akarshana Solutions Private Limited is tucked away at Sy No 12, 2B in Kandlakoya. It is not in the middle of the big city skyscrapers, which is fine by us. Being out here gives us a bit more space and it’s a lot less crowded than the central parts of Hyderabad. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle the daily tasks that come with running a solutions company. The building is pretty standard for this area. We don't have a lot of signs or big logos everywhere. It’s just a place where we show up, do the work, and then head back home to our families. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of things to finish at once. We usually just bring our lunches from home and eat together in the small break area we put together. The surroundings in Kandlakoya are still developing, so you see a mix of new buildings and older spots. It is a bit of a drive for some of us, but we don't mind it too much. We focus on the practical side of things. If something breaks, we fix it. If there is a problem with a project, we sit down and talk it through until it’s done. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just do it. It’s a basic, honest way of working that seems to suit us just fine here.
