Dyna Industries

Dyna Industries is located over in Amberpet, at D. No 2-3-647/A/257 & 258. We’re in New Prem Nagar, which is a bit of a maze if you aren’t familiar with the lane numbers. The building is split across a couple of units. It’s an older part of the city, so the walls have some character and the wiring is a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are rarely clean by the end of the shift. We have a small office area, but nobody really stays in there for long because the real action is out back. The air smells like metal and old oil, which is pretty standard for what we do. We’ve got a small crew, mostly local guys who live within walking distance. We don't really do meetings; we just talk over the noise of the machines. Lunch is usually a shared affair in the small corner we cleared out near the back door. It gets really warm in the summer months, but we have some big exhaust fans that help a bit. The gate at the front squeaks every time someone opens it, no matter how much oil we put on the hinges. We have a small water cooler near the entrance that everyone huddles around during the breaks. The neighborhood around Amberpet is always moving, with vendors passing by and children playing in the lanes nearby. It feels like a real community here.
