We run Dusters Hospitality Services out of a flat in Keerthi Residency over in Pai Layout. KR Puram is where we are based, right here in Bangalore. It's usually a lot of coordination with the staff and making sure everyone has the right supplies for the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we handle the cleaning and hospitality side of things for different buildings. Most days start pretty early because the teams need to get to their sites before the regular work day begins. We’ve been at 105 Keerthi Residency for a while now. The area around here gets quite crowded with traffic, so we try to plan our routes carefully. Our work involves a lot of routine, like making sure floors are scrubbed and rooms are ready. It's hard work and sometimes it gets messy, but that is just how the hospitality business goes. We have a small group of people working in the office to manage the accounts and the payroll. Sometimes we have people dropping by to ask for work or to drop off invoices. We don’t have any big signs or anything, just a quiet place where we get the job done. It’s mostly about keeping things moving and making sure our clients have what they need. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep our staff happy so they stay with us.
