DUKES SQUARE BUILDERS LLP is located in Al-Hamra Colony in Shaikhpet. Our address is Plot No.8-1-299/85,86,87,88,94&95 in Block B, Ward No.13. As you can tell from the plot numbers, we have a good amount of space we are working with here. The office is right where the action is. It’s a practical setup, mostly just desks and stools and a lot of dust from the construction around us. We spend our days managing the sites and making sure the building work is progressing. We aren't the kind of people who sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. We are usually out there in the heat, talking to the laborers and checking the materials. It is a lot of hands-on management. We don't use any fancy marketing words or try to sound like a huge corporation. We are just a local building firm trying to get these projects done. Every day has some kind of challenge, whether it is a machine breaking down or a delivery being late. We just deal with it and move on. The area is growing fast and there is always something to do. We don't have a mission statement. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and making sure the jobs get completed on time. It is tough work, but it’s what we do.
