DREAM RICH INFRA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED sounds like a big name, but we’re actually based in a fairly quiet spot at Plot No 20 in Ravi Colony. It’s part of the Lal Bazar area in Tirumalagiri, which is over in Secunderabad. If you’ve ever been around here, you know it has a bit of a different feel than the rest of the city. We’ve been set up here for a bit, and it works for us. Our office is just a regular building where we handle the day-to-day mess of development work. There’s always someone coming in or out with a question about a plot or some legal document. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; we’d rather just focus on getting the work finished. The sun hits the front of the office pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually keep the blinds down then. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or looking at maps of the local area. It’s a lot of practical stuff, like checking on land boundaries or making sure the water connection is sorted. We’re not trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part in Secunderabad without making too much of a fuss. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It makes things easier when you’re dealing with the stress of construction. We just keep our heads down and work.
