Setting up near the Hyderabad GPO was a practical choice. It’s right in the middle of everything. I’ve been practicing medicine here for a while, and the location helps people find me easily. The area is always buzzing with people going to the post office or the various shops nearby. Inside the clinic, it’s a lot more low-key. I try to keep things organized, though on busy Mondays, the paperwork can pile up on my desk. It’s just a standard doctor's office. I see patients for all kinds of things, from small coughs to more complicated stuff. I don't use a lot of jargon; I just tell people what I see and what they should do. The building is older, which gives it some character, I suppose. My staff and I have a routine that works for us. We aren't a big hospital, just a local clinic where you can actually talk to the person treating you. Sometimes the tea lady comes by, and we take a five-minute break, but usually, it's just one patient after another. I like being in this part of Hyderabad because it feels real. You see all walks of life passing by the window. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything. We just open the doors in the morning and do the work until the last person is seen. It's a simple way to live and work.
