Patient Relation Executive

We operate out of a house in Manikonda Village, specifically at H.No. 4-18. It’s located in the Rajendranagar Mandal area, right near the CBIT post. This isn't a hospital or a medical clinic itself, but it’s where we handle the patient relations side of things. It’s a quiet spot compared to the center of Hyderabad, which is nice when you’re trying to talk to people on the phone all day. The village has grown a lot lately, but it still has that slightly slower pace. Our office is just a regular building where a few of us sit with our computers and phones. We help people figure out their appointments and handle the paperwork that comes with medical care. It can be a bit stressful because people calling us are usually worried about their health or their family, so we try to just listen and help them out. We don't use scripts or corporate talk. We just talk to them like normal people. The commute out here to RR District can be a bit long for some of us, but we like the workspace. There’s a small yard outside where we take our breaks when the weather is good. It’s a very basic setup. We don’t even have any fancy signs out front. Mostly, we are just focused on getting the details right so that the patients don't have more problems to deal with than they already have.
