Being located in Malakpet means things are always moving. My name is Dr G Surendar Reddy, and this is where I spend most of my days. Hyderabad 500001 is a busy area, and Malakpet has its own rhythm. The clinic isn't anything special to look at from the street, but it’s clean and gets the job done. I’ve lived in this city for a long time, so I’m used to the noise and the crowds. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone writing fancy brochures for us. It’s just me and a couple of people helping out with the front desk and the patients. We deal with all sorts of health issues throughout the day. Some people have been coming to see me for years, and now they bring their kids or even their grandkids. It makes the place feel more like a neighborhood fixture than just a workplace. The chairs in the waiting room are a little old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. We open up in the morning and stay until everyone is seen to. It’s a simple setup. If you walk through Malakpet, you’ll likely pass right by us. There’s no need for complicated directions. We are just here doing our daily work, helping the people who live around here in Hyderabad. We don't use fancy computers for everything; sometimes a notebook is faster for notes.
