Usually, it's just people who live nearby or those who have been coming to see Dr Rao for a long time. The weather in Hyderabad can be tough, especially in the heat, so we keep the fans going all day long. It’s a simple operation without any bells and whistles. We just show up, do the work, and head home. Sometimes we stay late if there are many people waiting, but that’s just part of the job. It feels more like a local fixture than a big corporation. We just try to keep things running.
