DOMUS DEVELOPERS INDIA LLP has an office on the 6th floor of the Midtown building, B Block. We are right on Road No 1 in Banjara Hills. It’s a very central location, which makes it easy for us to get around to different parts of Hyderabad. The office is a busy place with people coming in and out all day. We do a lot of development work, which involves a ton of planning and coordination. We have a lot of maps and site drawings pinned to the walls. We don't really go for the whole corporate look. Our office feels more like a workshop where we are constantly trying to figure things out. Banjara Hills is a high-traffic area, so we often hear the sirens and cars from down below. We don't have any promotional scripts or fancy slogans. We just talk to our clients like regular people. Building and developing land is a complicated process with a lot of rules to follow, so we spend a lot of time on that. Some days are better than others, and sometimes we run into problems that take a while to fix. We just keep working through the list of tasks. It is a lot of effort, but we’ve been doing this for a while now and we know the ropes pretty well.
