DMX INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Hayathnagar, specifically at Flat No. 401 in Thirumala Homes. This is over in Lecturers Colony, which is a decent place to be based. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though we spend most of our time looking at plans or out on the field. Hayathnagar is part of the Rangareddi district, so it has that mix of residential feel and growing development. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just us here trying to make a living and get these infrastructure projects sorted. The office environment is pretty relaxed. We usually have the radio on or some background noise while we work through the pile of things on our desks. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We chose this spot because it is convenient for our team. We do a lot of driving around Hyderabad from here. Every day brings a different set of challenges, whether it is dealing with material delays or just trying to get a permit through. It is not always exciting, but it is our job. We like being part of the local community here in Telangana. We just focus on what is in front of us and try to stay organized.
