Dm & I Technologies Private Limited is situated in the Manikonda area. We are in Block A of Hallmark Puppalaguda, specifically at Flat No. 302. This part of Hyderabad, in the Rangareddi district, has grown so fast in the last few years. It used to be much quieter, but now there are buildings going up everywhere. Our office is in one of these newer residential blocks. It’s a clean and decent place to work. We have the usual office setup inside the flat. There’s no big signage or a lobby with a security guard checking your ID every time you breathe. We just have our key and we go in to do our jobs. The pincode is 500089. Manikonda can be a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of the city, but it’s becoming a real hub now. We have our desks and our computers, and that’s about it. There’s no corporate talk about visions or goals on the walls. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to finish our work on time. The area around Hallmark Puppalaguda is still developing, so there’s often some noise from construction nearby. We just close the windows and get on with it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense space for us to be productive. We like the vibe of being in a growing neighborhood and just seeing where things go as we work.
