Dizain Construction (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is located in the Redfort City View Apartments, specifically at 6-3-597/S/9/2 in Anandnagar. Being in Khairatabad means it is always noisy outside with the Hyderabad traffic, but once you get inside the apartment building, it’s a bit quieter. Dizain Construction is just a small setup, what they call an OPC, so it’s mostly just a couple of us handling everything from start to finish. We spend a lot of time looking out at the city view from the window while we try to figure out the schedules. There is always some paperwork to finish or a site visit nearby that needs our attention. The commute can be a bit of a pain some days, but we are used to it by now. We usually have our lunch at the small shops downstairs because it’s easy. It’s a simple way to work, without any big corporate offices or fancy lobbies. We have our files stacked up on a wooden table, and the phone rings more than we’d like. Usually, it’s a supplier asking about a payment or a client wanting to know when the next stage of work starts. We don’t have any polished speeches or big presentations. We just show people what we are working on and try to get the job finished. It’s a living, and we stay busy enough to keep our minds off the heat. There is always something new to deal with every morning we open the door.
