At Diviksha Constructions India Privatelimited, we are set up in Ashok Nagar. The office is at Door No: 58, which is on the 1st Cross in Havambhavi. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, though you get the occasional truck rumbling past. We are in Ward No: 25/35, and we have been here long enough that we know most of the local shopkeepers. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some sturdy tables for the drawings and a small area where we keep all the site boots and helmets. It’s not a polished corporate space, but it’s where all the real work happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and trying to figure out the best way to get things moved from one spot to another. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a small team, and we all have to do a bit of everything, whether it’s filing papers or going out to check on a wall being built. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do a solid job on the projects we have. The air gets a bit heavy when it’s about to rain, and the smell of wet concrete is something you just get used to in this line of work. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't make a fuss about the small things.
