Our office is located at 1-123 on the 8th Floor of the 3rd Block in My Home Hub. This is right in the middle of Hi-tech City in Madhapur. It’s a very modern part of the city with lots of glass buildings and IT companies everywhere. Even though we are on the 8th floor of a big complex, we try to keep our office feeling a bit more down-to-earth. We are Divija Property Developers Private Limited. We spend our days working on various property projects, which means a lot of meetings and even more paperwork. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on their phones. Being in My Home Hub means we have to deal with the busy lifts and the crowded food courts, but it’s a good location for business. We are a small team and we don't really go in for corporate polish or marketing jargon. We just tell it like it is when we are talking to people about property. We’ve seen Madhapur change so much over the years, and it’s interesting to be right in the center of it all. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the architectural drawings and site reports scattered around. We don't have a fancy front desk; you just walk in and find us at our desks. It’s a busy, practical environment where we focus on getting the work done.
